Course aim and description

The aim of the course is to familiarize the participants with the basic principles and techniques of human resources management (HRM).

The course offers a comprehensive micrography of the body of knowledge in the field of human resources management by covering in a concise manner the current developments, functions, policies and tools of HRM. Particular emphasis is placed on the application of techniques and tools in the "real world" as well as on the concept of strategic HRM. Participants are not expected to become professional HR specialists however they will learn a lot in relation to these roles.
